Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Learn how we protect your information.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as:

  • Name and contact information (email, phone number)
  • Account credentials and profile information
  • Payment and billing information
  • Communications and content you submit

Connected Social Media Accounts

When you choose to connect a social media account to AdHive (YouTube, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, X, or TikTok), you authorize us — through each platform's official login flow — to access certain data from that account. We collect only what we need to show your creator profile and campaign performance inside AdHive:

  • Basic profile identity: your name or username on the platform, profile picture, and a link to your public profile or channel
  • Audience size: follower or subscriber counts
  • Recent content and its engagement metrics: likes, comments, views, and derived statistics such as average engagement rate
  • For campaign deliverables you submit, the specific post and its live performance metrics

We never receive or store your social media passwords. Access tokens issued by each platform are encrypted at rest. We do not post, message, or take any action on your connected accounts — our access is read-only.

Google User Data

If you connect a YouTube channel or a Google Analytics property, AdHive accesses Google user data through the following Google API scopes:

  • YouTube (read-only) — to view your channel details, subscriber count, and recent videos with their view, like, and comment counts, so your creator profile shows accurate reach and engagement
  • Google Analytics (read-only) — to view traffic and audience statistics for properties you choose to share, so brands can see verified campaign performance

AdHive's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we only use Google user data to provide and improve the AdHive features described above. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide these features or as required by law, and humans do not read it except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage:

  • IP address and device identifiers
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent on our platform
  • Referral sources and search terms

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send marketing communications (with your consent)
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

Information Sharing

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

With Your Consent

We share information when you explicitly consent to such sharing.

Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform.

Business Transfers

Information may be transferred in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or other business transactions.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access to your personal information
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of your information
  • Portability of your data
  • Objection to processing
  • Withdrawal of consent

Disconnecting Accounts & Deleting Your Data

You are in control of your connected accounts and your data:

  • Disconnect a social account: in your AdHive dashboard, open your connected social accounts and select Disconnect on the platform you want to remove. This immediately deletes the access tokens for that platform and removes its cached profile statistics and posts from your profile, and we stop collecting any further data from it.
  • Revoke access on the platform side: you can also revoke AdHive's access at any time from the platform itself — for Google and YouTube at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or for Facebook and Instagram under Settings → Apps and Websites.
  • Delete your AdHive account and data: email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete your account, connected-account data, and associated personal information within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as payment records) or records needed to complete an active campaign contract.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page.
